Christina's Bistro

There was a time when you couldn't pay me to temporarily put away my man card and go into Christina's. I would always patiently wait on the bench while my wife went inside. Insert a new owner and a new business strategy into the mix and presto-chango, this is now one of my favorite places in Granbury! My personal favorites are weekend brunch (Chicken and Waffles and Biscuits and Gravy come highly recommended) and Two-Steppin' Tuesday. They have a broad selection of beers, both on tap and bottled. They also serve a wide variety of wines and have a good Sangria waiting for you. During brunch, the Mimosas are plentiful!

Solid place, really good food and service. Its pricey but it's high end food. Prime rib and beef short ribs were tastey. Worth eating here.

Great restaurant! Excellent food! We just had the Sunday brunch (curbside take-out), and it was fantastic. We have always had wonderful experiences and food from Christina’s and highly recommend. We can’t wait till we can return to dining room service again.

So, we decided to go on a little motorcycle trip to Granbury Texas. Just as an aside, it is beautiful little town. We started with the crostini trio. Each voice was very flavorful and delicious. Look at the pictures, and DON'T miss it! Next we split a chicken avocado melt, and it was fabulous. The bread was tasty and crisp, the jalapeno aioli really works with the fresh avocado. This was our first time here but certainly will not be the last. It's a cute little place on the square so check it out when you are in Granbury.

Went for brunch on Sunday. Katie was our server and she was excellent!We had the Quiche and Eggs Benedict and it was excellent. Complimentary mimosas today.

Roasted Red Pepper soup is to die for! Not a place for big appetites, but delicious if you're watching what you eat.

Great place to relax and unwind. The food and atmosphere is great and will not disappoint!

Friends from Arlington come here for their lobster grill cheese sandwiches. I love their Florentine quiche & jalapeño cheese soup.

I was very pleased with the menu and pricing of this establishment. The food was extremely fresh and presented in a beautiful manner. This place deserved the best rating in Granbury and I would love to eat here at dinner time. This place got busy really fast so I recommend arriving at the early part of lunch. I hope to be back there again soon

Food was amazing had the prime Rib hash!! Came in on a sunday so we did the bottomless mamos which were also amazing. Our waiter scott was good as well. Will definitely be back to try there other food selections.

Been slowly eating my way through their menu ever since a friend introduced me to this place. So far I haven't found an item I didn't like. The servers are nice and the food is served in a timely manner. This is probably my favorite place to eat in Granbury!

Great individualized service. Food was delicious. We shared the prime rib meal and they took the extra care to cut the meat and split the sides and deliver to us on individual plates. We had a large birthday party but the service was still great. We will be back.

I'm in Granbury occasionallyto visit family, but had never been to Christina's before; I'm definitely heading back. The plates had great presentation, flavors were balanced and distinct, the options on the brunch / breakfast menu were diverse and service was great. It's a cool place that offers something unique. Hopefully it will be a staple of the square for a long time.

First timers, the quail slider's were out of this world. Our Server Jordan was sharp an very knowledgeable of the menu. We have a weekend home in Granbury, very high end, an when we get to the ranch we don't leave till it's time to head back. We're definitely coming back.

Really enjoyed lunch here. We had the quiche and chicken salad on croissant with a heavenly tomato basil soup. We shared a chocolate chip bread pudding that was out of this world good! Will definitely be back!

Our favorite Granbury restaurant. Every dish is wonderful. Just had the Croque Madame for brunch with endless mimosas. Superb! Basically, ii’s like a grilled ham and havarti (best cheese ever) topped with sunny egg, another cheese and hot sauce. Delish!!!

This is a must stop if you're in town! Service was amazing. Food was very tasteful. And the drinks, I mean it's an all around great experience.

Delicious food and good atmosphere. It's also right on the square, so it's a fun place to eat if you are looking for a night out.

I have had a lot of good steaks in my life, but never have I actually thought a piece of cow was worth over 40 dollars. That all changed with the ribeye here. Dang, that was like 2 cows! Great atmosphere, great staff, great location, not much more I can say except it is well worth your time.

I tried the tomato-badil soup and it was very good. If you are sensitive to hot spice, you may not like it, as there was background heat on the tongue. I like spice, so no problem for me. I had a mix-up at bill paying time, but otherwise it was very nice, quiet and a great place for a lunch group.

The restaurant has a nice ambiance, and also has live music. Being a Saturday afternoon, it was a very very lively. The last time we came here, on a Saturday night, it was a 45 min wait, so we gave up. It sure is a very popular eating spot among locals and tourists alike, mainly for the selection of wine and their speciality meat dishes I believe.There are limited options for vegetarians. The server was pretty accommodating, and offered to get Vegetarian Sandwich and Salads custom made. The Sandwich and soup was pretty good. Salad was a rip off for the price. It was just a few leaves of spinach and some strawberry thrown in. Will I go again.. Maybe not .. Definitely not for the salad!

Put this little gem on your Christmas list. Perched on the historic and charming town square in Granbury it is perfect for a relaxing day road trip.Their Sunday brunch, lunch and dinner menu is not the average small town diner fare. Christina's is in a class of their own!Their desserts are not to be missed so save room or share! Yummy!

Had Christina's today for the first time and it was fantastic. Got the lobster grilled cheese, tomato basil soup and queso. Everything is definitely craveable! We called it in while having some wine at D'Vine and was so happy with staff and quality of food.

Best customer service and best food in town!

Christina's Bistro serves a solid lunch in pretty surroundings. The roasted red pepper soup was very good, packed with flavor and of just the right texture. The club sandwich was a good representative of this kind of sandwich, but fell short of the soup. The menu is heavy on salads, guiches, and lighter fare, all of which looked good on other tables.

We made it in time for brunch. Our waitress was extremely helpful and had an answer for all our questions. I ordered the quiche and a side of fruit. It was delicious but the portion was surprisingly small. The rest of my family ordered different things and they all said it was delicious. Their portions were a lot fuller than mine. Overall a great experience and wonderful atmosphere.

First visit & it will not be my last. Amber took very good care of us. Great service & Good Food.

What a great evening out with friends! I ordered the ox tail tacos and my wife had the salmon. Luckily she couldn't eat all of hers. Our friends loved their lobster salad and short ribs. Service and atmosphere are also top notch. This will definitely become a special occasion favorite for us!

Oh my! Our new fave. BEST tomato-basil soup EVER. I had spinach salad's dressing served on the side...then finished it off with a spoon after salad was done. 🤭 Hubby kept making yummy noises with his au jus sandwich. Pleasant staff and atmosphere. We'll be back!

Christina's never let's you down. Amazing food with mouth watering flavor pairings, excellent service in a comfortable atmosphere. This place is a MUST try for all food lovers!!!

Awesome lunch at Cristina’s in Grandbury, Texas! My daughter Laura and I had a wonderful experience! Their salad and soup was delicious! Laura’s lobster salad was amazing! Fantastic food, atmosphere and service. Most diverse lunch menu on the Square.

We were visiting friends (we are from KC) and went here for lunch. My one friend talked about the soup so that's what I had with half a sandwich. The soup was to die for!! My husband had a Ruben sandwich and said it was amazing as well. The fries were super good! It's on the little square in town and we'd encourage anyone to go. I never give 5 stars but this was great, the service was good and informative. It was fun!

The BEST brunch ever!!! I’m already planning the next time I can come try out the rest of the menu. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was so personable. We did sit up stairs and the ceilings are a bit low but the ambiance was great!!! If you are ever in Granbury, you must come here. This is the heart of the town.

Belgian waffles - shrimp and grits! It just doesn't get any better, unless you add mimosas! Outstanding menu - something for everyone! Did I mention mimosas on Sunday? Reservations recommended.
